Ambassador H.E. Cheryl Bazard attends a panel discussion on women in politics, spearheaded by British Ambassador to Belgium H.E. Martin Shearman on the occasion of the visit to Belgium of the UK’s Special Envoy for Gender Equality, Alicia Herbert, OBE, emphasizing the importance of gender equity in political representation.

Ambassador H.E. Cheryl Bazard attended a thought-provoking panel discussion on women in politics, graciously hosted by the British Embassy. The event, spearheaded by British Ambassador to Belgium H.E. Martin Shearman on the occasion of the visit to Belgium of the UK’s Special Envoy for Gender Equality, Alicia Herbert, brought together distinguished female parliamentarians, including the Honourable Sophie Rogonyi, Federal Deputy for the electoral district of Brussels-Capital and President of the Council of French-speaking Women of Belgium.
