The Embassy of The Bahamas to the Kingdom of Belgium takes immense pride in announcing the attendance of Her Excellency Cheryl E. Bazard, Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium and Head of Mission to the European Union, at the esteemed Ambassador’s Rally & Garden Party 2023. This exclusive event, held at the enchanting Château Freyr in the Province of Namur, exemplified the convergence of diplomatic and economic forces in a celebration of networking and international relations.
The Ambassador’s Rally & Garden Party 2023 was a grand occasion that welcomed around 400 distinguished guests, including diplomats, entrepreneurs, Honorary Consuls, manufacturers, exporters, and various economic actors from the Province of Namur. The event proved to be a unique platform for meaningful discussions on international business prospects. Participants had the unparalleled opportunity to engage with Ambassadors, Diplomats, and Honorary Consuls, fostering dialogue and connections on a global scale.
Organized under the High Patronage of H. R. H. Princess Lea de Belgique, the Ambassador’s rally commenced on a vibrant Sunday morning, 4th June 2023. The rally, featuring approximately 30 teams comprising both Honorary Consuls and Ambassadors as well as members of the business community, embarked on a picturesque journey through the scenic highlights of the Province of Namur. The event culminated at the picturesque Château Freyr in Hastière, where the Ambassador’s Garden Party unfolded.
The lush 40-hectare estate provided a splendid backdrop for networking and discussions. In the heart of this estate, the stylish Orangery welcomed guests to a reception area, setting the tone for an afternoon of camaraderie and collaboration.
