Her Excellency Cheryl E Bazard, Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium and Head of Mission to the European Union, H.E. Pablo Sader of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay along with his wife and two Embassy staff members.
Her Excellency Cheryl E. Bazard, Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium and Head of Mission to the European Union celebrates the 195th National Day for the Oriental Republic of Uruguay with Ambassador, H.E. Pablo Sader on Monday, June 18th, 2023.
Having established diplomatic ties in 1978, exchanges between The Bahamas and Uruguay are within the framework of the membership in the United Nations (UN), The Organization of the American States (OAS), and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States CELAC.
According to World Data, Uruguay is ranked 85 of the world’s major economies. The Embassy congratulates the Oriental Republic of Uruguay on 195 years of Independence and excellence.
