Her Excellency Cheryl E. Bazard, Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium and Head of Mission to the European Union made a courtesy visit to Her Excellency Yaira Jiménez Roig, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the Kingdom of Belgium and to the European Union on Tuesday, 7th January, 2023.
During the visit, the two sides exchanged views on Bahamas-Cuba relations, Bahamas/Cuba -CARICOM relations, CARICOM-CELAC matters, Organisation of African Caribbean and Pacific States matters, European Listings of countries, the economic embargo imposed against Cuba and other matters of mutual interest.
