Her Excellency Cheryl E. Bazard, Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium and Mission to the European Union made a first courtesy visit with H. E. Gilbert Van Lierop, Ambassador for Suriname to the Kingdom of Belgium and Mission to the European Union on Wednesday, 11th January, 2023.
Matters of mutual cooperation between The Bahamas and Suriname were discussed on issues of the Climate crises, Trade and Exports, Tourism and exploring the twinning of cities, among others.
