Press Release

The Missions of Channel Islands Brussels Office and The Embassy of The Bahamas to the Kingdom of Belgium strengthened bilateral and multilateral relations through continued discussions on mutual interests, highlighting the contributions of their all-women diplomatic teams.

The Missions of the Channel Islands Brussels Office and the Embassy of The Bahamas to the Kingdom of Belgium once again joined forces to further discussions on matters of mutual interest, concern, and importance. This collaborative effort follows a productive engagement two months prior, which has fostered fruitful exchanges and cultivated a symbiotic relationship between the two archipelagos.

A notable feature of both offices is the dynamic composition of their staff, which comprises four women. These professionals are making significant contributions to the discourse of global diplomacy, reflecting a shared commitment to gender equality and leadership in international affairs.

As the relationship between The Bahamas and the Channel Islands continues to grow, both missions look forward to furthering their partnership and working together on global diplomatic matters.
