Caribbean Week in Brussels concluded with a memorable gala dinner and dance, celebrating Caribbean culture and fostering international camaraderie.

Caribbean Week in Brussels culminated tonight with an exquisite gala dinner and dance, marking the end of a series of celebrations highlighting Caribbean culture, camaraderie, and contributions to the global community.

The event was graced by several guests including H.E. Georges Rebelo Pinto Chikoti, Secretary General of the Secretariat of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS), and Mrs. Chikoti. Also in attendance were H.E. Ignacio Ybáñez Rubio, EU Special Envoy on Small Island Developing States (SIDS), and Mrs. Ybáñez, as well as the Ambassador of Honduras and members of the wider Belgian community.

Ambassador Bazard thanks Jo Spalburg and Anthony Brand, whose efforts made this inaugural gala a resounding success. Their dedication ensured a memorable conclusion to Caribbean Week, leaving attendees with cherished memories and a deeper appreciation for Caribbean culture.
