Press Release

Caribbean Ambassadors visit Bastogne War sites on Father’s Day, honoring the sacrifices these men made for freedom and peace.

Today, members of the Caribbean Ambassadors from the Caribbean Group of African, Caribbean, and Pacific States (CGAB) in Brussels celebrated Father’s Day with a visit to Bastogne, Belgium. They paid homage to the sacrifices of fathers and all soldiers at the War Museum, Bois Jacques, and the War Rooms.

The delegation solemnly walked through historical sites where brave lives, many of them fathers, were laid down in the pursuit of freedom and peace. The visit was a profound reminder of the enduring gratitude owed to those who gave their lives for noble causes.
