Her Excellency Cheryl E. Bazard, Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium and Head of Mission to the European Union and Michaela Moua, Team Leader Anti racism coordination, Non discrimination and Roma coordination, European Commission, Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers

Her Excellency Cheryl E. Bazard, Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium and Mission to the European Union attended the Panel Event “Being Black in Europe: two years on from the BLM protests, what change has there been in Europe?” The Panel Event which was hosted by the UK Mission to the EU, Brussels in partnership with the European Commission was held at the British Residence on Thursday, 9 February, 2023.

Keynote Speaker at the event was Michaela Moua, Anti Racism Coordinator, European Commission with the other panelists presenting viewpoints in their capacities of UK Government Cabinet Office (Head of Policy at the Race Disparity Unity), Member of the European Parliament, EQUINET (Legal and Policy Officer) and European Network Against Racism (Board member).
