Press Release

Bermuda’s Secretary of Cabinet Marc Telemaque meets with Ambassador Bazard in Brussels to discuss bilateral and multilateral relations between The Bahamas and Bermuda.

Today, Ambassador Bazard met with Marc Telemaque, Secretary of the Cabinet of Bermuda, during his visit to Brussels. The two shared a unique connection as alumni of The University of Buckingham (AlisVolansPropriis), and their conversation provided an opportunity to strengthen ties between The Bahamas and Bermuda.

The meeting allowed both parties to discuss matters of mutual concern, including bilateral and multilateral issues. The Bahamas and Bermuda, both English-speaking Caribbean nations, have long-standing historical and cultural links, and their collaboration continues to be a priority.

The encounter marked a great opportunity for Ambassador Bazard and Secretary Telemaque to rekindle their friendship and discuss ways to enhance cooperation between their respective countries.
