Ambassador H.E. Cheryl Bazard was one of the many diplomatic personnel invited to the annual New Year’s Diplomatic Dinner held at the illustrious Cercle Royal Gaulois Artistique & Littéraire in Belgium. Established in 1848, the Cercle Royal Gaulois is among Belgium’s oldest and most esteemed social clubs, renowned for its cultural and literary contributions.
