Ambassador Cheryl Bazard attended a farewell ceremony for H.E. Dr. Pontso Sekatle, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Lesotho, marking the end of her diplomatic service in Belgium.
Ambassador H.E. Cheryl Bazard, the representative of The Bahamas to the Kingdom of Belgium and the European Union, attended a farewell event honoring H.E. Dr. Pontso Sekatle, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Lesotho, as she concluded her tour of duty in Belgium. Ambassador Bazard attended on the invitation of H.E. Sylvester Mundanda, Ambassador of the Republic of Zambia.
During her tenure, Ambassador Sekatle strengthened the diplomatic ties between Lesotho and Belgium, contributing significantly to international relations and fostering cooperation between her home country and the European Union. The farewell ceremony was an opportunity for colleagues and fellow diplomats to express their gratitude and well-wishes as she embarks on her next chapter.
