Ambassador Bazard attended the 75th-anniversary gala of FCE-VVB Belgium, celebrating the contributions of female entrepreneurs alongside international delegations and key speakers.
Ambassador Cheryl Bazard attended a celebratory gala hosted by FCE-VVB Belgium – Femmes Chefs d’Entreprises / Vrouwelijke ondernemers, marking its 75th anniversary. The event highlighted the significant contributions of female entrepreneurs to the global economy, with foreign delegations from the worldwide association MARCHE MONDIALE DES FEMMES-WERELDVROUWENMARS, including International President Dr. HC Marie Christine Oghly, in attendance.
The evening’s proceedings underscored the importance of supporting women-led enterprises. René Branders opened the event by stressing the need to foster the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as engines of economic progress. Sophie Rohonyi delivered impactful remarks on the vital role female entrepreneurs play in driving economic growth.
Special thanks were extended to Katia Delfin Diaz, General-Secretary and Vice-President of FCE-VVB Belgium, for the invitation and her dedication to advancing the cause of women entrepreneurs globally.
