During the ceremony, H.E. Georges Maniuri, Ambassador of Vanuatu, deposited instruments of accession, formally welcoming Vanuatu as the 123rd member of the Court. This marked a significant step forward for the PCA, strengthening its position as a leading international arbitration institution.

Also in attendance were Bahamian delegates, including Caryl Lashley, Bertha Cooper-Rousseau, and Retired Justice Rubie Nottage, all of whom are respected arbitrators and Members of the Court.
