Caribbean Days 2024 in Belgium kicked off with its grand opening, promising a week-long celebration of Caribbean culture through culinary showcases, cultural exhibitions, workshops, music, and a gala dinner and dance.
This evening marked the grand opening of Caribbean Days 2024 in Belgium, a vibrant celebration of Caribbean culture and heritage. The event promises a week filled with a variety of engaging activities, including a culinary week, cultural exhibitions, poetry and cocktail workshops, a musical evening, and a grand gala dinner and dance.
The festivities commenced with dinner at the Renaissance Hotel, prepared by Chef Orlando from St. Lucia. The evening showcased the rich and diverse flavors of Caribbean cuisine, with dishes highlighting ingredients such as coconut and plantain, skillfully fused with fine dining techniques. Guests were treated to a culinary experience that perfectly captured the essence and spice of the Caribbean.
Caribbean Days 2024 aims to celebrate and promote the beauty, culture, and traditions of the Caribbean region. The planned activities throughout the week will provide an immersive experience, allowing attendees to explore the vibrant and diverse heritage of the Caribbean through food, art, music, and dance.
