Ambassador Bazard attended the Embassy Festival 2024 in The Hague which showcased a vibrant display of global cultures through music, dance, food, and art.
The Embassy Festival 2024 took place at Lange Voorhout in The Hague, showcasing a vibrant tapestry of cultural expressions from around the globe. The festival offered a dynamic array of music, dance, food, costumes, and art, reflecting the rich heritage and traditions of over 40 participating countries.
The event provided a unique opportunity for attendees to immerse themselves in the diverse cultures represented, with each embassy bringing its own distinct flair to the celebration. Notably, the festival featured engaging performances and interactive exhibits that highlighted the global community’s shared values and cultural diversity.
During the festival, Ambassador Bazard had the pleasure of meeting with Judith Huijnen, Honorary Consul of The Bahamas in The Netherlands. Together, we explored the myriad offerings of the participating nations, gaining insights into their cultural contributions and celebrating the spirit of international collaboration.
