Chargé d’Affaires a.i. André Bucyana and H.E. Igor Cesar, Rwanda’s Ambassador to the European Union, delivered impassioned speeches highlighting Rwanda’s remarkable journey towards peace and progress since the liberation. They emphasized the significance of Kwibohora30 in celebrating Rwanda’s resilience and unity, and its commitment to national development and reconciliation.
