Ambassador Bazard attended the official reception to marking the arrival of Colombia’s flagship ARC Gloria at the Port of Antwerp-Bruges hosted by H.E. Mr. Jorge Rojas Rodríguez. The event celebrated Colombian culture and maritime heritage, featuring performances by the philharmonic choir “Sons and Daughters of Peace,” alongside talented musicians and folklore artists.
The reception highlighted the cultural vibrancy and artistic talent of Colombia, showcasing traditional music and dance that captivated attendees. The presence of ARC Gloria, a symbol of Colombian naval pride, underscored the significance of this cultural exchange.
The event concluded with a tour of the ARC Gloria, allowing guests to appreciate the ship’s historical significance and the role it plays in promoting Colombian culture around the world.
