H.E. Vaqif Sadıqov, the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Belgium, welcomed attendees to the conference, which featured a distinguished panel of experts including Elnur Soltanov, CEO of COP29, Kurt Vandenberghe, Director-General of DG CLIMA, Matthew Baldwin, Deputy Director-General of DG ENER, Adrien Kiraly, Director of DG NEAR, Giles Dickson, CEO of WindEurope, and Jorgo Chatzimarkakis, CEO of Hydrogen Europe.
